For habit-based coaches

See your clients' habits between sessions.

Your clients do the real work between calls, or they don't, and you find out a week later. Friends with Habits turns each habit into a daily check-in with photo proof, so you see a slip the day it happens instead of at the next session.

Join the coach waitlist

Early access for a small group of founding coaches. No card, no commitment.

Coaching works in the session. Results come from the days in between.

You find out too late

A client who stopped logging meals on Tuesday usually tells you on the next call, if at all. By then the week is gone.

Chasing doesn't scale

Checking in by text with every client, every day, works for five clients. It doesn't work for thirty.

Clients who stall, cancel

People rarely leave because the plan was wrong. They leave because they stopped doing it and felt they'd failed.

What coaches get

Some of this is in the app today. Some of it is what the waitlist decides we build next, and we'd rather tell you which is which up front.

In the app today

Check-ins with photo proof

Clients check in on each habit with a photo or a short note: a meal, a workout, a walk.

Streaks, reminders and nudges

Daily, a few times a week, or set days. Clients get reminders, and a partner can nudge someone who hasn't checked in.

Next, if coaches want it

One view of every client

Every client's check-ins and streaks on one screen, with the ones who've gone quiet at the top.

Next, if coaches want it

Client accountability pods

Pair clients up so each one has someone to answer to between your calls, not only you.

Founding coaches get early access and a direct line to the person building it. Three quick questions help decide what gets built first. All of them are optional.

Questions coaches ask

Can I use it with clients today?

Partly. Any client can install Friends with Habits and make a pact with you, and you'll see their check-ins as their partner. A free account keeps only a few habits active at a time, so that works for a handful of clients, not a full roster. What doesn't exist yet is a coach view across all your clients. That's what this waitlist is for.

Would my clients have to pay?

The app is free for them to download and use. What a coach plan costs, and what it includes, is exactly what we're asking founding coaches before we set it.

Does it work on iPhone?

Friends with Habits is on Google Play today. The iPhone version is in the works. If most of your clients are on iPhone, say so when we email you. It changes what we build first.

Is this another all-in-one coaching platform?

No. It doesn't do workouts, meal plans or scheduling. It does one thing: keep clients doing their habits between sessions, with someone watching. It's meant to sit next to whatever you already use.
